Initial Consultation

Your journey starts with a 1:1 consultation, online or via call, where we dive into your goals, lifestyle, training history, and preferences. This session sets the foundation for your customised fitness plan.

Personalised Plan Creation

Based on our consultation, you'll receive a fully tailored training and nutrition plan via the app. Whether you're focused on building muscle, losing fat, or boosting endurance, your plan is built for your life and goals.

App-Based Coaching

All workouts, meal guidance, progress tracking, and notes are delivered directly through the app. You’ll always know exactly what to do, with video demonstrations and clear instructions for each session.

Weekly Check-Ins & Ongoing Support

We review your progress together every week through in-app check-ins or video calls. This is your time to ask questions, adjust goals, and get feedback, keeping you accountable and supported every step of the way.
